  • Job Summary
  • The Client Care Coordinator and Recruiter plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations for our home health agency. This position involves interacting with clients and staff, managing schedules, and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance the overall client and staff experience.
  • Duties
  • Client Care Coordinator
  • Responsible for scheduling appropriate employees to fulfill client/patient shifts and visits;
  • Inputs employee scheduling information into Wellsky Personal Care and/or other computer systems;
  • Finds replacements staff and schedules them as needed;
  • Responsible for requesting and tracking employee availability calendars and time-off requests;
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate logs and records of calls and actions taken;
  • Maintain accurate client and staff records and notes. Recruiter
  • Post job ads for open positions, make recruiting calls;
  • Assist with interviews and candidate screening activities;
  • Assist with completing all background checks including verifying references and licensure for staff being considered for hire;
  • Schedule and assist with the facilitation of new hire orientation;
  • Maintain staff and contract personnel and confidential files; including the tracking of mandatory compliance items such as licensure, CPR certification, employee health and in-service training and ensuring completion or submission prior to expiration;
  • Assist with personnel management including, but not limited to, maintaining attendance records, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and other management duties as required.
  • Assist with off boarding activities including processing end of employment reports, closing employee files, etc. Office Administration
  • Answering inquiries of general nature from applicants, visitors, and staff, assisting them in a friendly and professional manner;
  • Responsible for all the necessary copying, scanning, filing and faxing;
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail to the proper person;
  • Perform other duties as directed or assigned;
  • Participate in supply management activities;
  • Complete quality assurance reports as assigned, reviewing different aspects of company performance for areas of improvement and assist in developing performance improvement plans.
  • Perform duties accurately and within the designated timeframes, meeting deadlines set.
The ideal candidate for the Client Coordinator and Recruiter position will possess a blend of administrative skills, recruiting skills and exceptional customer service to effectively support clients and contribute to the efficient operation of the healthcare facility.
