Due to growth, we are adding to our work family and in need of hiring a Recruiter to join our team. This is working directly for Michigan Staffing/Aspen Search Group. We are local Woman Owned and Operated staffing firm that has been in business for over 30 years. We offer a great company culture - many have been with the company 10+ years. This role is a nice blend of recruiting and client service. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, managing and coordinate temporary employees at our corporate clients. Act as the central contact for hiring managers and human resources to identify openings. The ideal candidate should have experience work in a fast pace environment dealing and enjoy dealing with the public. Looking for someone that can work independently or in a team environment, goal oriented problem solving individual.

Responsibilities :

Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for assembly and production roles Visit client sites for orientations, on site check-ins and employee retention programs Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure our internal systems are updated Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates (Building networks within the community) Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. Responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, resolving problems, participating in meetings and maintain a high level of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction. Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing Relationship management, handling escalations, communicating recruitment progress, and managing expectations.

Requirements :

2+ years in customer service in fast paced environment. Recruiting experience a plus! Extreme sense of urgency Ability to work in a fast paced environment Highly detailed Oriented Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast paced setting Ability to collaborate effectively with other
