Human Resources Recruiter Location:
Niles, MI Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Flexible start time of 7:00-7:30 AM available) Position Overview Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Recruiter to join their Corporate HR team on a temporary basis. This role is available immediately due to an upcoming departure, making it an excellent opportunity to train alongside the current recruiter before their final day. The Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting high-volume hiring efforts across multiple manufacturing locations while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. As the organization continues to grow, there may be opportunities to expand into additional HR Generalist responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, production, engineering, and corporate positions. Source candidates through ADP Recruiting and other recruiting channels. Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers using ADP Recruiting. Generate and distribute offer letters through the recruiting system. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within ADP. Partner with HR and hiring managers to support approximately 60 active openings across multiple locations. Assist with recruiting initiatives for expansion projects and hiring events, including college career fairs and community recruiting events as needed. Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and compensation information. Support additional HR projects and administrative responsibilities as business needs evolve. Qualifications Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience required. Experience recruiting for manufacturing or production environments preferred. Experience with ADP Recruiting is highly preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and basic Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Preferred Skills Experience coordinating interviews and managing applicant tracking systems. Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives. Interest in growing into broader Human Resources Generalist responsibilities. #
