Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role in collaborating with management across the organization to identify and secure top talent for various job openings. By thoroughly understanding job requirements and company culture, this role is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and guiding candidates through the hiring process to meet staffing objectives.
Responsibilities:
Source, review, and assess candidates for assigned requisitions to ensure a match with job requirements and company culture. Ability to handle requisitions across multiple verticals—sales, operations, corporate, servicing, etc. Partner with managers to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and talent requirements, offering proactive consultation to align hiring efforts with business goals. Utilizes various techniques and tools, including social media, sourcing platforms, NMLS listings, and internal databases, to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their motivations and qualifications throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance. Support project objectives through effective communication, including interview notes, debrief meetings, and intake meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting, with a preference for experience in mortgage recruiting. Detail-oriented with the ability to navigate complex processes and internal workflows. Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. Why Join #teamloan
