Job Description
The Recruitment Specialist is primarily responsible for making community connections to pursue partnerships that support the need for recruiting foster homes in coordination with our annual goals set forth by our DHHS partners. This would include face-to-face meetings with community members to seek out partnerships, attend partnership meetings, planning and participating in events and collaborating with our Development team to be cohesive with advertising events. In addition, the licensing work to be completed would include additional responsibilities of screening, assessing, licensing, supervising, and training for foster family homes. Foster/adoptive parents are considered to be members of the agency team in their care of the children entrusted to them.
