Human Resources Recruiter:
At Cedarbrook Senior Living, we work hard every day to find out what "Celebrating Live Ever Day!" means to our residents and their families, then we help them achieve these goals. We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
Travels to each community (Cedarbrook of Bloomfield Hills, Cedarbrook of Northville, and Cedarbrook of Rochester) to conduct talent acquisition initiatives which includes sourcing applicants, reviewing applications, prescreening applicants, scheduling interviews and coordinating the pre-employment screening process. Facilitates onboarding initiatives including New Employee Orientation both in-person and online. Assists the Director of Human Resources with coordinating Open Interviews and Job Fairs. Assists with facilitating Exit Interviews and collaborates with the HR Director on developing and implementing employee retention initiatives. Assists the Director of Human Resources with providing Human Resources support.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment, preferably in the Healthcare industry Ability to communicate effectively in writing an orally Strong MS Office experience:
