Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, people-focused Part-Time Recruiter / Employee Relations team member to support the growth and staffing needs of our Wellbuilt division. This role will be highly hands-on and involved with both recruiting and the day-to-day employee experience. The ideal candidate will take the time to learn our production floor, understand each position, build relationships with managers and employees, and identify candidates who are the right fit for both the job and our team, 30 hours a week. Key Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and help hire qualified candidates for open positions within the Wellbuilt division. Learn the production floor, including the responsibilities, expectations, and requirements of each position. Work closely with production managers and supervisors to understand their staffing needs and the qualities they are looking for in candidates. Develop a strong understanding of the different roles in order to accurately communicate job expectations to applicants. Help fill new positions created through company growth as well as positions resulting from employee turnover. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Spend time on the production floor to better understand the work environment, observe different roles, and develop relationships with employees and managers. Assist with employee relations by being approachable, responsive, and available to employees and managers when concerns or questions arise. Follow up with candidates, hiring managers, and new employees in a timely manner. Work alongside the HR Generalist to conduct and complete onboarding, benefit enrollment, etc. What We're Looking For The successful candidate should be: Highly organized and detail-oriented , with strong follow-through. Able to recognize what makes someone a good fit for a particular role and work environment. Proactive and resourceful , with the ability to identify staffing needs before they become urgent. Persistent and comfortable with follow-up, candidate outreach, and building a recruiting pipeline. A team player who wants to contribute to the company's growth and long-term success. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and willing to spend time on the floor getting to know the people and processes.
