Recruiter Job Summary A leading manufacturing company is seeking a friendly, professional Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across a variety of manufacturing positions. This contract role will manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through interviews and scheduling while also serving as a welcoming first point of contact for guests and candidates. The ideal candidate will be approachable, organized, and comfortable balancing recruiting responsibilities with front-office support in a close-knit, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Recruit candidates for a variety of manufacturing and production positions through job postings, sourcing, outreach, and other recruiting methods. Review applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate candidate interviews and next steps with hiring teams. Create, maintain, and update job postings across relevant recruiting platforms. Provide a welcoming and professional experience for candidates, guests, and visitors while serving as an ambassador of the company's culture. Greet guests at the front desk, answer incoming calls, and direct visitors and inquiries appropriately. Maintain accurate candidate information, interview schedules, and recruiting records throughout the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing needs and support timely hiring. Contribute to a friendly, collaborative team environment and represent the company professionally throughout all candidate interactions.

Position Type:

Contract, approximately 2+ months Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional presence. Comfortable conducting interviews and interacting with candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules. Professional and personable approach to greeting guests, answering phones, and representing the company. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a close-knit, collaborative team. Manufacturing or high-volume recruiting experience preferred. We value your privacy!
