Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and industry events.
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with HR leadership and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruiting events, including career fairs, university partnerships, and networking opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and external talent communities to support long-term talent acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify opportunities for improving recruiting processes and hiring effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures.
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates regarding candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and market trends.
Support special projects and broader Human Resources initiatives as assigned.
Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, automotive, manufacturing, or corporate positions preferred.
Experience supporting multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recruiting deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Automotive, R D, or engineering recruiting experience preferred.
Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices preferred.

JOB TITLE
Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to support talent acquisition initiatives across our North American Research & Development organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR team members to identify, attract, and hire top talent that drives innovation and supports Hyundai's future mobility vision. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of technical and professional positions, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and building strong talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.Related Industry Experience Requirements:
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, automotive, manufacturing, or corporate positions preferred.
Experience supporting multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Knowledge and use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates.Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recruiting deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
