Full Job Description Job Overview:
At Marvin, our Talent Acquisition team connects exceptional talent with meaningful careers that support our purpose and business goals. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated exclusively to recruiting for Infinity Replacement by Marvin, with a focus on building high-performing installer teams through both W-2 hiring and 1099 subcontractor partnerships. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for installation talent across multiple markets, creating and executing innovative recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while maintaining a strong understanding of labor market trends, installer recruiting practices, and workforce planning needs.Highlights of your role:
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for W-2 installer positions and 1099 installation subcontractor partnerships across designated markets. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including networking, outreach campaigns, industry referrals, trade associations, community partnerships, and other creative recruiting methods. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future installer hiring needs. Partner closely with operations leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce demands and develop hiring strategies that support business growth. Conduct job intake meetings to identify required skills, experience, and selection criteria. Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates and subcontractor partners to ensure alignment with business requirements and organizational values. Manage the interview and selection process while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up. Extend offers, support onboarding activities, and assist with the transition of new hires and installation partners into the business. Maintain knowledge of talent market trends, competitive hiring practices, and installer workforce dynamics. Develop and execute comprehensive hiring event strategies, including event planning, logistics coordination, candidate engagement, onsite facilitation, and post-event follow-up to drive quality installer hires and subcontractor partnership growth. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities to establish Marvin as an employer and partner of choice. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can): Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment. Experience recruiting skilled trades, field operations, construction, installation, or contractor talent preferred. Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and communication skills. Experience using applicant tracking systems and online sourcing tools. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. We invite you to see yourself atMarvin:

Compensation:
$63,000- $68,000, pay based on experience
