Recruiter

We are looking for a bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) to join our team on a contract basis in the southwest metro. This role focuses on supporting the hiring and onboarding of international professionals for specialized positions. As a contract position, you will play a key role in streamlining recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual interviews with international candidates, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
• Facilitate communication with candidates in both Spanish and English throughout the hiring process.
• Assist candidates with necessary paperwork and onboarding requirements to prepare for their roles.
• Collaborate with team members to support orientations and address candidate inquiries.
• Manage tasks related to relocation and work authorization for incoming professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Provide guidance and support during the candidate selection process.
• Ensure a smooth transition for candidates joining the organization.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to monitor progress and manage recruitment data.
