Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate talent acquisition efforts Engage in cold calling and candidate sourcing activities to fill high-volume recruitment needs promptly Support onboarding processes including employee orientation and training & development programs Requirements Proven experience as a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter or in a similar HR recruiting role with a focus on bilingual candidates Demonstrated expertise in full cycle recruiting across various industries and roles Excellent negotiation, communication skills, and relationship management abilities Experience with technical recruiting, external recruiting strategies, and high-volume recruitment environments Ability to leverage social media marketing (recruitment) for candidate engagement Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred If you are passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities while fostering an inclusive environment, we invite you to apply today.
