Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Overview The Recruitment Intern will support the recruitment function by managing human resources (HR) related projects, scheduling hiring leader/candidate interviews, completing administrative functions within the department all while receiving support and mentorship in core aspects of recruitment and human resources.

Job Expectations:

• Coordinates HR projects as assigned
• Facilitates the day to day requirements of supporting recruitment specialists and hiring leaders in interview coordination, confirmation and logistics
• Provide support and communication with candidates
• Ensures outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries Required Qualifications
• Current student or recent college grad
• Must be majoring in Business or a related field
• Basic understanding of employment concepts, laws and regulations
• Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work in an environment with conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through skills
• Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
