Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota on a Contract basis. This position will lead end-to-end hiring efforts across corporate and engineering functions, with a strong focus on building talent pipelines and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to sourcing, strong partnership skills with hiring leaders, and confidence working within applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned openings, from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on search strategies, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
- Proactively identify and engage talent with relevant experience through direct sourcing, networking, and other targeted outreach methods.
- Recruit for a mix of corporate and engineering positions while adapting search approaches to different skill sets and business needs.
- Use applicant tracking systems and tools such as Paradox to organize workflows, track candidate activity, and maintain accurate recruiting data.
- Deliver a positive and consistent experience for candidates by communicating clearly, setting expectations, and guiding them through each stage of the process.
- Monitor recruiting progress, share market insights, and recommend adjustments that improve speed, quality, and hiring outcomes.
- Support hiring activity related to skilled nursing talent when needed, applying appropriate sourcing and screening practices for the role requirements. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing full cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions and stakeholder groups.
- Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to support a range of detail-oriented positions.
- Experience recruiting for engineering roles and understanding how to assess technical hiring needs.
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of building candidate pipelines through proactive outreach.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and comfort learning or using recruitment technology platforms such as Paradox.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Contract environment while balancing priorities and deadlines.
- Exposure to skilled nursing recruitment is valued.
