Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring efforts for a contract position based in Minnesota. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys engaging with candidates, coordinating hiring activities, and helping teams attract strong talent. The ideal candidate will contribute to the full recruiting lifecycle while strengthening the organization's employer presence and maintaining an organized, responsive hiring process.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruiting activities from initial sourcing through interview coordination and hiring support across assigned openings.
  • Identify candidates with relevant experience through proactive outreach, job postings, resume review, and talent pipeline development.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and maintain progress on open roles.
  • Communicate with applicants in a timely and thoughtful manner, ensuring a positive experience throughout the selection process.
  • Support scheduling, interview logistics, and related administrative tasks to keep recruitment operations running efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within internal systems and tracking tools.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by helping present the organization effectively to prospective candidates.
  • Assist with recruiting process updates or system-related workflow changes when needed as part of ongoing team support.
