Bilingual On-Site Specialist Details:

Direct Hire position $20.00 to $23.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Second Shift Base salary range varies by location and experience and is provided as an estimate only. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support workforce needs and ensure satisfaction. Recruit, onboard, and engage temporary associates while matching talent to client requirements. Collaborate with client, branch, regional, and corporate teams to achieve performance goals. Resolve associate and client concerns, promote workplace safety, and manage injury reporting procedures. Monitor workforce trends, including turnover and staffing demands, to improve retention and productivity.

Bilingual On-Site Specialist Qualifications:

Bilingual:

fluent in Spanish and English required Experience in a customer service role preferred. Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
