Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition while gaining exposure to all facets of the recruiting process. The position will spend approximately 50-60% of their time supporting CRB's Early Career recruiting efforts, support the Early Career Program Manager which includes conducting intern and new graduate phone screens, coordinating career fair activities, tracking recruiting metrics and hiring progress, analyzing intern and new graduate data, and partnering with regional leaders to identify and support future talent needs.
The remaining portion of the role will provide recruiting coordination support across the broader Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, supporting hiring activities, managing recruiting logistics, maintaining data accuracy within recruiting systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
This is a highly administrative and collaborative role that offers broad exposure to Talent Acquisition operations, campus recruiting, employer branding, recruiting analytics, and full-cycle recruiting processes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in growing their recruiting knowledge and experience within a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport intern and new graduate recruitment efforts across regions.
Conduct initial candidate phone screens for early career talent.
Assist with career fair planning, logistics, and follow-up activities.
Track, analyze, and report on early career recruiting metrics and hiring progress.
Partner with regional leaders to understand intern and new graduate hiring needs.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications across multiple recruiting teams.
Maintain candidate records and recruiting data within ATS systems.
Support recruiting projects, events, and process improvement initiatives.
Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and organization.
What Makes This Role UniqueThis position is a great entry point into Talent Acquisition, providing hands-on experience across recruiting coordination, campus recruiting, candidate engagement, recruiting operations, and workforce planning while supporting both early career hiring and broader TA team initiatives.
Qualifications1+ years of experience in recruiting preferredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
Comfortable engaging with candidates, hiring leaders, universities, and internal stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track recruiting metrics, generate reports, and identify trends.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
