Immediately Job Description Recruiting Ambassador (As Needed) LPS is seeking enthusiastic employees from the following positions: Kids Zone, Paraprofessionals, Nutrition Services, and Transportation to serve as Recruiting Ambassadors. In this role, you will represent the District at recruitment and community events, share your experience working at LPS, and help attract talented individuals to join our team. What You'll Do Represent LPS at district and community recruitment events. Engage with prospective candidates and answer questions about employment opportunities, hiring processes, benefits, and district culture. Share your personal experience working for LPS and promote the District as an employer of choice. Collect candidate interest information and direct applicants to the appropriate hiring resources. Assist with event setup, recruitment materials, and event logistics.
Full Job Description:
Recruiting Ambassador Eligibility Current employees in Kids Zone, Paraprofessionals, or Transportation. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about representing LPS. Willing to attend required training and participate in assigned recruitment events. Compensation & Schedule Recruiting Ambassadors are compensated at their regularly scheduled hourly rate of pay while serving in this role. Events are scheduled throughout the year and may occur during evenings and weekends. Regular participation for assigned recruitment and community events is expected.
