(Onsite) As a Recruiter, you will: Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates (from entry-level to experienced professionals) Source candidates through cold calling, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels Identify and leverage alternative sourcing channels (online platforms, professional organizations, universities, etc.) Write and post job advertisements and manage responses from candidates and agencies Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring regulations by maintaining accurate records Recommend recruitment budgets for job fairs, campus hiring, tools, and vendor partnerships Train hiring managers on applicant tracking systems and hiring compliance processes Maintain proper candidate tracking, documentation, and disposition within ATS The ideal candidate will have : Hands-on recruiting experience (end-to-end hiring lifecycle) Experience sourcing candidates via cold calling, job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms Strong experience in screening and interviewing candidates Background hiring for front-line roles (sales, marketing, call center, etc.). PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range•: $30-$35 per hour •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
