- must have experience recruiting sales positions Job Description We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to lead and support hiring efforts across a variety of functions, including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and leadership-level roles.
In this position, you act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes. This is a strong opportunity to contribute to a growing organization and help build and refine recruiting processes. Responsibilities
+ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and management-level positions.
+ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meeting through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through each stage.
+ Source candidates across multiple geographic markets, leveraging various tools, platforms, and networks to build strong, diverse talent pipelines beyond local talent pools.
+ Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
+ Engage and network with potential candidates to build long-term relationships and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future openings. Essential Skills
+ At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for professional-level positions, including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Management roles.
+ Proven experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across multiple geographic markets, not limited to local talent pools.
+ Strong full-cycle recruiting expertise, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.
+ Demonstrated success recruiting for Sales and Engineering roles in multiple markets.
+ Excellent sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
+ Strong networking capabilities to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
+ Effective candidate engagement skills, with the ability to create a positive and professional candidate experience.
+ Ability to work as a strategic partner to hiring managers, understanding business needs and translating them into effective recruiting strategies. Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience recruiting for Product Management and leadership-level positions.
+ Ability to help build, refine, and improve recruiting processes in a growing organization.
+ Comfort working in a flexible environment with managers who value collaboration and input.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
+ Organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and priorities across different functions and markets. Work Environment This role is based in the company headquarters and follows a Monday through Friday, in-office schedule. The environment is casual and relaxed, with employees typically wearing jeans. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Charles, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.86/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
