DAY IN THE LIFE A
typical day as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner blends recruiting strategy, sourcing, and relationship-building. You begin by reviewing open requisitions and your applicant tracking system (ATS) pipeline, prioritizing hard-to-fill professional and technical construction roles. Throughout the day you partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, refine sourcing strategies, and guide selection decisions, while proactively engaging top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and industry partnerships. You conduct screening interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, coordinate interview processes, and schedule pre-employment and development assessments. You also analyze recruiting metrics and labor-market trends to advise leadership, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and represent the organization at career fairs and campus recruiting events. Every hire you make builds a stronger, safer, and more capable workforce that keeps our industrial construction projects on schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 10+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience Experience recruiting for technical, professional, or specialized roles Experience supporting hiring managers and senior leaders Experience using ATS platforms and HRIS systems Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements High-level sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions Skilled in delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
