Description:
The Recruiting Coordinator will perform all related activities as necessary in order to fill current and upcoming studies. This position is responsible for ensuring strict protocol adherence during the recruitment process. Compensation includes a bonus program for each study filled. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for pre-qualifying potential participants via their medical history and basic demographical information to ensure they meet the protocol qualifications. This position must also be able to discuss and explain pertinent aspects of the study with potential participants and assist them in getting scheduled for the study that best fits them per their medical history and schedule. The Recruiting Coordinator ensures each study is on track and maintains participant schedules with confirmation and reminder calls. This position will assist in all aspects of office related tasks, including but not limited to, incoming and outgoing calls, sending and replying to multiple internal and external emails, and will assist walk-in participants as well. This position will be on the phone for the majority of the workday. Calls to/from participants only apply to those who have already expressed interest in our studies, there is no cold calling involved in this position.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of overall business experience Prior customer service industry experience desirable Prior healthcare administration experience preferred
