Salary & Package:

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)

Basic Salary:

£27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

First-Year Earning Potential:

£29,000

Role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training What's on
