Job Description

Job Summary We are a fast-growing roadside diesel repair company providing 24/7 emergency breakdown services for commercial trucks and fleet vehicles. We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and retain top-tier diesel technicians, mobile mechanics, dispatchers, and support staff. Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified diesel technicians, mobile mechanics, and support staff Post and manage job listings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill technician roles Develop recruiting partnerships with trade schools and training programs Attend job fairs and hiring events as needed Track applicant flow and maintain accurate records in ATS Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding coordination
Qualifications Required:
2+ years of recruiting experience (skilled trades or field-based roles preferred) Experience hiring for technical or blue-collar positions Strong sourcing and screening skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Preferred:
Experience recruiting diesel mechanics or commercial vehicle technicians Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet services, or roadside assistance Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company

2 years (Required) Skilled trades recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location In person
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
