The person we are looking for: Has previous experience working in a sales driven environment Has experience working in sales, recruiting, or retail management Is a Team Player Works well in a fast-paced environment Is a People Person Is Fun What you will do: Establish relationships with existing clients and potential clients Work with hiring mangers to identify their hiring needs and match potential candidates to those needs Recruit candidates and match them to current open positions or market them to local businesses to help generate new positions Spend your day building relationships with people via email, text, phone, or in person Coach clients and employees in order to create win-win situations for both sides and resolve conflicts
