Reality TV Casting Outreach Representative Location:
Asheboro, NC (On-Site)
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Pay:
$17-$20 per hour (based on experience) About the Role We're looking for an outgoing, personable Casting Outreach Representative to speak with potential participants for upcoming reality TV projects. You'll contact company-provided leads, build rapport quickly, ask screening questions, and determine whether candidates meet the basic qualifications for our shows. Most calls last about five minutes . If you enjoy talking with people, are a great listener, and can make others feel comfortable quickly, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Call prospective reality TV participants using company-provided leads Build rapport and create a positive first impression Conduct brief screening calls (approximately five minutes) Ask qualifying questions and accurately collect candidate information Determine whether applicants meet established casting criteria Maintain accurate call notes and candidate records Follow up with qualified candidates as needed Notify qualified candidates of potential next steps or casting opportunities Protect confidential and personal information Assist with additional projects as the company grows Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day Strong communication and active-listening skills Able to build trust and rapport quickly Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing personal topics professionally when necessary Basic computer and phone skills Able to work on-site in Asheboro, NC, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Experience in customer service, call centers, sales, recruiting, interviewing, or casting is a plus, but not required. We value personality, communication skills, and a strong work ethic above all else.
