Vice President, Physician Recruiting Job Summary The Provider Sourcing Recruiter plays a key role in identifying top physician talent to meet the organization's clinical staffing goals. This position focuses on the front-end of the recruiting process—prospecting, qualifying leads, maintaining pipelines, and generating interest among potential candidates. The ideal candidate combines strong research skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and communication expertise to attract physicians who align with the organization's mission and culture. Key Responsibilities Proactively source and identify qualified physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) through databases, job boards, social media, associations, referrals, and direct outreach. Develop and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs. Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess candidate interest, availability, credentials, and fit. Full-cycle recruitment of APPs Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, specialty requirements, and market dynamics. Leverage sourcing tools (e.g., Doximity, LinkedIn Recruiter, PracticeLink, Health eCareers) to generate targeted lead lists. Manage and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM to ensure accurate records and reporting. Monitor competitor activity, compensation trends, and regional physician supply to support recruitment strategy. Represent the organization professionally in all candidate interactions, ensuring a positive and brand-aligned candidate experience. Support marketing and outreach campaigns including email sequences, job postings, and digital presence initiatives. Other Responsibilities Maintains detailed knowledge of computer software as it relates to job functions. Completes all assigned AP training (such as CPR, OSHA, HIPAA, Compliance, Information Security, others) within designated timeframes. Complies with Allergy Partners and respective hub/department policies and reports incidents of policy violations to a Supervisor/Manager/Director, Department of Compliance & Privacy or via the AP EthicsPoint hotline. Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures, actively participate in enforcement of all ongoing Cybersecurity efforts to ensure safe and secure IT systems for all employees and clients at Allergy Partners. Remain vigilant and aware of new threats and assist the company by fulfilling an active role in observing, enforcement and reporting of cybersecurity incidents, efforts, programs and fulfill required training on a timely basis as required by frequency and due dates. Attends all regular meetings. Performs all other tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications & Experience 2+ years in sourcing, recruiting, or talent research, preferably within healthcare or physician recruiting. Familiarity with medical specialties, practice settings (hospital, clinic, academic), and credentialing processes. Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity). Analytical mindset for market research and candidate pipeline tracking. High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Demands This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks. Candidates must be able to use a computer, keyboard, and telephone regularly. Occasional lifting of materials or files weighing up to 20 pounds may be necessary.
