Job Description
We are recruiting for a Contract Recruiter job in Clemmons, NC! In this role you are responsible for supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business functions and locations. This role partners with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent for professional, technical, manufacturing, and operational positions. The position combines strategic sourcing with hands-on recruiting execution to ensure a strong talent pipeline and positive candidate experience. We are ideally looking for someone who has experience in building talent pipelines, sourcing passive candidates, and recruiting within a high-volume manufacturing or fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional, technical, manufacturing, and operational roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job boards, referrals, networking, and industry associations. Conduct candidate outreach, screening interviews, and preliminary assessments. Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates. Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process. Conduct reference checks and support the offer and negotiation process. Provide talent market insights and competitive intelligence to hiring managers and leadership. Promote employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience. Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system. Support recruiting process improvements and workforce planning initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing. Experience recruiting for professional, technical, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, marketing, and/or IT positions. Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, and online recruiting tools. Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and passive candidate sourcing. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday Recruiting experience is highly preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices. Desired Skills Excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
