As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting hiring efforts, including managing requisitions that may require hiring 10+ employees at a time. You will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, develop community partnerships to drive referrals, and deliver consistent, high-touch follow-up to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, deadline-driven workload. You will partner closely with hiring managers and the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through day-one start. Responsibilities Manage high-volume recruiting efforts, including requisitions requiring 10+ hires at once Build and maintain active candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs Source and identify talent using multiple channels, including social media, job postings, targeted outreach, and community networking events Develop and maintain strong community partnerships to drive referral-based hiring Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring managers in a timely manner Provide consistent follow-up to candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and transparency Track and document all recruiting activity within the ATS and internal systems with a high level of accuracy Manage calendars, interview scheduling, and hiring timelines to meet deadlines and business needs Partner closely with the onboarding team to support a seamless transition from offer acceptance to start date Support employer branding efforts through community involvement and local outreach initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required Previous recruiting experience or high-touch, customer-facing experience required Experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments (BPO or call center preferred) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously Demonstrated attention to detail and process-driven mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of urgency and follow-through; ability to maintain consistent candidate follow-up Outgoing, community-driven personality with a passion for building relationships and representing the Provalus brand Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
