Bilingual Staffing Recruiter We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual Staffing Recruiter Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs Coordinate candidate assessments and pre-employment processes. Create interview questions and other hiring materials Centralize candidate data and communications in a unified platform Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system Analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire Identify future hiring needs Organize and participate in hiring events such as job fairs and career days Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process Review HR practices to ensure consistency in the recruitment process Screen resumes and conducts company assessments Collaborate with hiring managers and provide necessary training Build strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunitiesBilingual Staffing Recruiter Preferences:
