Job summary The Recruiter Professional is responsible for full cycle recruitment, focusing on attracting and hiring employees. This role involves promoting the organization's employee value proposition, screening and interviewing candidates, recommending hires, administering pre-employment tests, checking references, and providing feedback to candidates. Responsibilities Promote the organization's employee value proposition and image as an attractive place to work

Attract, screen, and interview candidates for selection and short-listing

Recommend hiring of internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced positions

Administer pre-employment tests, check references, and conduct psychometric assessments when applicable

Provide feedback to non-selected candidates

Assist with job advertising and job-posting on various job boards as needed Qualifications Typically requires 2 to 5 years of relevant experience

Applies practical knowledge of the job area obtained through advanced education and work experience

Works independently with general supervision

Handles difficult but typically not complex problems
