High SchoolResponsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer processes. Promote the organization's employee value proposition and employer brand to attract top talent. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recommend qualified internal and external candidates. Recruit for both entry-level and experienced professional positions. Conduct candidate screenings and interviews and coordinate pre-employment testing, reference checks, and psychometric assessments when applicable. Provide a positive candidate experience and timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Create and post job advertisements across relevant job boards and recruitment platforms. Maintain accurate recruitment information in applicant tracking systems and support continuous process improvements.Qualifications:
2-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably within automotive, manufacturing, transportation, engineering, or a related industry. Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing strategies. Communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with general supervision. Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms. Judgment and ability to influence stakeholders through recruiting expertise and recommendations.
