Branch Manager / Staffing Manager Why This Role Matters The Recruiting Advisor plays an important role in connecting qualified candidates with employment opportunities while supporting the staffing needs of Workforce Unlimited's client partners. This position manages multiple stages of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate follow-up. Success in this role requires strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and time-management skills. The Recruiting Advisor serves as a key point of contact for both candidates and clients and helps ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring and placement process. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and permanent positions based on client needs. Review applications and resumes, conduct candidate screenings and interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews, onboarding, pre-employment requirements, and start dates for selected candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to support engagement, retention, and successful job placements. Communicate with client companies to understand current staffing needs, position requirements, schedules, and candidate qualifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate, employee, and client information within company systems. Follow up with candidates and employees throughout the hiring and assignment process. Manage multiple job openings, candidates, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment. Assist with recruiting initiatives, job postings, career fairs, community outreach, and other talent-attraction efforts. Provide professional and timely communication to candidates, employees, clients, and internal team members. What Success Looks Like Consistently identify and place qualified candidates who meet client requirements. Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and clients. Meet recruiting, placement, and staffing goals established by the branch. Maintain accurate candidate and employee documentation throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming positions. Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through placement and follow-up. Develop strong client relationships by understanding staffing needs and responding quickly to open positions. Effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications Education:
Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, customer service, or a related field preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is preferred.
