Job Description
Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking a Staffing Recruiter/Admin for our location in Laurinburg, NC who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties. The Recruiter/Admin proactively searches for qualified job applicants for current or planned open positions. Identifies and screens candidates and conducts initial interviews via phone or online. Assists the Site Manager with compiling reports and employee engagement. Seeks new business opportunities to place candidates from the company's database.
Compensation and Benefits:
$19.00 - $21.00/ hourBenefits:

8:00am - 5:00pmEssential Functions:
Interacts with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks Crafts and sends recruiting emails and SMS texts Coordinates with hiring managers to determine position requirements Analyzes resumes accurately Identifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques Interviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments. Completes employment reference checks on candidates Schedules candidates for interviews Develops talent pipelines for future hiring needs Maintains an up-to-date and effective candidate database Enters data into ATS and HRIS systems Compiles reports as needed Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulationsRequirements:
Proven work experience recruiting (1 year or more) Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms) Solid verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills Outstanding time-management abilities Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload Ability to work individually or on teams as required Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates and clients High school diploma or equivalentBenefits
