Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders by leveraging workforce planning, market intelligence, and recruiting analytics to develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with business objectives. Influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and consultative partnership, effectively aligning diverse stakeholders and challenging assumptions to achieve optimal talent outcomes. Leverage metrics, pipeline analytics, and performance data to identify trends, predict hiring risks, and recommend strategic solutions that improve quality of hire, time-to-fill, and overall recruiting effectiveness. Lead full life cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy development, candidate screening, interviews, debriefs, offer approvals, and offer extension. Build and maintain qualified, diverse candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies and proactive talent engagement. Assess candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and present well-qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and HR partners. Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, and activity data in the applicant tracking system. Requirements:

3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience required Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate or agency environment, and experience recruiting within a CRO (Contract Research Organization) or Clinical Research environment. Experience developing sourcing strategies and targeted pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System required; Workday or similar ATS experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; or equivalent professional experience (High school diploma or equivalent required). Pay Details:
