This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing our teams, developing career pathways, and helping build the next generation of automotive professionals. Establish and maintain talent acquisition and development partnerships with local high schools, colleges, and trade schools Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events Coordinating with managers and Human Resources to identify staffing needs Work with Human Resources to devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants Assist with new employee onboarding and role development Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job postings, social media platforms, networking events and job fairs Develop technician apprenticeship and training programs. Assist store Managers with implementation and tracking of technician progress. Any other duties assigned to fulfill the company's needs.
