is looking for a high energy and results-oriented - Human Resources Recruiter who can be a strong contributor to our heavily expanding company. The main purpose of this roleincludes identifying recruiting resources and sourcing of resumes to always ensure a candidate pipeline while ensuring that all departments have all personnel resources needed while conforming to labor laws. Human Resources Recruiter Your main responsibilities will be: Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in collaboration with department supervisors Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, etc. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, attending career fairs, etc. Collaborate with all local resources (colleges, schools, etc) to build candidate pipeline Screen candidates resumes and job applications and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Maintain and update applicant database for ZA Create assessment tests for candidates if needed Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to management Manage contingent workers as well as their timecards and submitting them to the appropriate staffing agency Promote company's reputation as "best place to work" Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or relevant role (2+ year minimum) Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.) Ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers, HR, and candidates Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.) Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects Dependable, discrete, loyal, confidential Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, reporting ability) We offer: Tuition Reimbursement Program- We encourage team members to continue their education to support their current or future work.
