Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a 6-month+ contract-based position to join a highly reputable company and their talent acquisition team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent across various functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding recruiting, HR sourcing strategies, and talent management practices. You will play an essential role in building a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting organizational growth through effective recruitment initiatives. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing for diverse roles across the organization. Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, or Lever to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks. Engage in high-volume recruitment efforts for entry-level positions as well as specialized technical roles. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices. Ensure compliance with HR legal standards and employment law in all recruiting activities, contracts, and candidate communications. Coordinate with external recruiting agencies when necessary to expand candidate reach and expedite hiring processes. Support onboarding activities such as employee orientation and contract negotiations to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro and generate reports on recruitment metrics for continuous improvement. Experience Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting direct labor or logistics roles Experience with high-volume, hourly hiring. Proficient ATS user (iCIMS preferred) Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent management practices across different regions. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Background in relationship management with internal teams and external partners to optimize hiring outcomes.
