Job Description

Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated, people-focused, driven, and energetic Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Grand Island, Nebraska. Onsite Responsibilities:
Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates while building a strong talent pipeline Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, orientation, and employee support Partner with customers to understand staffing needs and match candidates to the right opportunities Connect with Hiring Managers, customers, and applicants frequently to provide updates, follow up on assignments, and market candidates Deliver exceptional services and maintain strong relationships with clients, applicants, and employees Maintain accurate ATS notes, employee records, and hiring documentation Support branch growth through networking, lead generation, candidate marketing, and customer outreach Process payroll and manage weekly reporting as needed Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries Address employee concerns and administer corrective action when necessary. Manage these with professionalism, confidentiality, and care. This includes, but is not limited to, compensation claims and workplace safety incidents Participate in community outreach and company initiatives to spread our brand positively and connect with others
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish & English) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent customer service and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or customer service experience preferred Why Join Advance Services?
