Provider Recruitment Professional St. Joseph Hospital - Nashua, NH Full-Time | Fully On-Site St. Joseph Hospital is seeking an experienced Provider Recruitment Professional to join our Employee Experience Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven physician and advanced practice provider recruiter who enjoys building relationships, developing creative recruitment strategies, and partnering with leaders to support the growth of a healthcare organization. As a Provider Recruitment Professional, you will play an important role in attracting and retaining physicians and advanced practice providers while helping shape the future of healthcare across Northern New England. What You'll Do Lead recruitment efforts for physicians and advanced practice providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, physicians, leadership, community partners, and professional organizations. Develop creative provider recruitment and marketing strategies to attract top talent. Partner with hospital and system leadership on strategic growth and workforce initiatives. Identify new and innovative approaches to expand provider recruitment pipelines. Coordinate recruitment activities throughout the candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding. Represent St. Joseph Hospital and Covenant Health at recruitment events, networking opportunities, and industry activities. Provide a high level of service and communication to candidates, hiring leaders, and internal partners. What We're Looking For Previous physician/provider recruitment experience is required. Proven ability to build relationships and establish strong candidate pipelines. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians, executives, and other members of the organization. Strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously. Creative, proactive approach to recruitment and talent acquisition.
