The Recruiter will source and recruit high qualified LPN/RNs and LNAs for a career in Home Health. This role will also work directly with our families and our nurses to ensure complete staffing. Along with admin tasks such as pre-hire documents, onboarding, and payroll

Responsibilities:

Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies Screen and interview qualified candidates Maintain relationship with nurses throughout their employment Perform to hit KPIs (weekly and monthly) Expect to have high call volume of 75+ calls per day Innovative approach to recruiting and sourcing
