Full Job Description Position:
Life Science Recruiter (Full-Time, On-site) Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for life sciences clients, from sourcing through placement. Source, identify, screen, and qualify candidates for biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and related positions. Partner with sales managers to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings. Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in Bullhorn CRM. Develop strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration or related field). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
