Job Title:

Full Lifecycle Recruiter We are seeking a dedicated Full Lifecycle Recruiter who will manage the complete recruiting process from opening requisitions to the offer stage. This role involves developing job specifications, prescreening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers, primarily for entry-level to mid-level roles. Responsibilities Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from opening requisitions through extending offers. Create detailed job descriptions and proactively source talent through both active and passive channels. Assess resumes, portfolios, and related materials to determine qualifications and fit. Present highly qualified candidates to hiring teams and support offer discussions. Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process. Cultivate and sustain strong professional relationships with candidates and industry contacts. Adhere to employment regulations and internal hiring policies. Research and implement innovative recruitment and advertising strategies. Support campus recruiting initiatives, including hosting information sessions and attending career fairs. Develop recruitment-focused promotional materials. Analyze staffing data and provide insights on hiring trends and retention strategies. Essential Skills 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting in manufacturing/pharma sectors. Quick learning ability to understand hiring needs and match candidates accordingly. Experience with applicant tracking systems Bachelor's degree required Understanding of human resources principles and practices. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Work Environment This position requires working 100% onsite, five days per week, in a fast-paced and high-volume environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
