We are seeking candidates who actively seek to go above and beyond to exceed the expectations of our clients. Candidates must be comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-volume business and diverse work environment.

On-Site Recruiter Job Duties include:

Working On-Site within our client's locations. Screening, interviewing, and hiring talent that aligns with client requests. Follow client requirements and preform necessary background checks and drug testing. Utilizing job boards, career fairs, and advertising to source talent. Working fast paced as a team/individually to get positions filled. Setting candidates up for payroll and job preparation. Keeping in close communication with clients and candidates on a continued basis. Actively monitoring potential job leads and orders. Creating engaging advertising campaigns. Work proficiently with our ATS system and other software systems. Promote our company and opportunities using Social Media platforms.

On-Site Recruiter Qualifications:

Must be bilingual - with proficient fluency in English and Spanish. Ability to travel locally between client sites. Must own a vehicle with valid driver's license. Be outgoing with an upbeat personality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong grammar, spelling, and proof-reading skills. High attention to detail. Heavy experience meeting with important clients and vendors. Proficiency with computers and ability to quickly learn new software. Excellent leadership skills. Excellent time-management skills. Ability to identify issues and problem solve. Experience in customer service, sales, management, or human resources. Be a self-starter On-Site Recruiter Knowledge Preferred but not
