Job Description

Overview The Talent Acquisition Partner (temporary) serves as a partner to hiring managers, providing consultative guidance across talent acquisition, workforce planning, and hiring execution. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting, advising leaders on how to attract, assess, and secure top talent aligned to Celldex's growth, culture, and future commercial ambitions.

This individual will support hiring across Clinical, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Development functions, bringing deep market insight, proactive talent pipelining, and a data-driven approach to hiring decisions. The Talent Partner will play a critical role in shaping the candidate experience, strengthening Celldex's employer brand, and ensuring we attract high-impact talent in a competitive biotech market. This is a temporary role approx 4 months in duration with possibility to extend, located onsite in Hampton, NJ Responsibilities Act as an advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent strategy with business goals With support consult on role design, leveling, and candidate profiles aligned to market realities Develop and execute proactive talent strategies, including sourcing and pipeline development Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competition Lead end-to-end search execution with focus on quality and candidate experience Calibrate talent with hiring teams and drive alignment on hiring decisions Guide interview practices and assessment strategies Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates Partner cross-functionally with HR and leadership teams Enhance employer brand and candidate engagement Leverage data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Qualifications 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in life sciences or biotech Experience supporting Clinical, Medical Affairs, or Development functionsProven consultative, business-facing talent acquisition Experience supporting high-growth or late-phase biotech environments preferred Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms Compensation Statement The expected base salary for this position is: $76374.00 to $99188.00. We are committed to compensating employees equitably based on several factors including experience, education, licensure/certifications, skill level, location of the position, and availability of similar talent in a competitive market. Subject to eligibility and applicable plan terms, compensation includes base salary, annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive, 401(K) plan with employer contribution, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
