About The Position:

Talent Acquisition Specialist The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, hiring and placing nurses and other healthcare professionals in our contracted long term care facilities. Candidates with experience will be shortlisted. This is a full-time, on-site work opportunity. About Humana Care Staffing We are a brand-new company with an experienced team behind us. Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

Collaborate and establish rapport with clients to understand their staffing needs Recruit, screen and interview candidates Conduct license verifications, background checks Refer qualified candidates to clients for final approval Hire and onboard newly hired employees Build applicant pool with career fairs, social media, outreach, market research.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Skills:

Healthcare or allied staffing experience preferred Ability to use virtual recruiting tools, conference platforms, HRIS and other online collaborative software Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and project management skills Familiarity with relevant employment

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
