Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. What You'll Do Post and manage job ads across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.) Conduct initial candidate screenings and in-depth interviews Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and clients Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement Utilize innovative sourcing techniques through our ATS and external platforms Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist candidates with interview preparation and scheduling Participate in job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives Help create a positive and engaging candidate experience Contribute to ongoing sourcing and talent pipeline development What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply Strong interest in recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented
