• 24 per hour) + Commission Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support our growing team. In this role, you'll be involved in the full recruiting lifecycle
• from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with placements.

Responsibilities:

Post and manage job advertisements across platforms such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter Source and identify qualified candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through placement Maintain consistent communication with candidates and provide a positive experience Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
