YOUR IMPACT

You will support the full-recruiting life cycle, from candidate attraction to offer, while working closely with Talent Attraction (TA) team members and client service professionals (CSPs).

You will be based in Jersey as part of our TA team, supporting various administrative tasks and projects, including data management using the Applicant Tracking System, providing candidate support, coordinating recruiting events and interview logistics, and assisting with resume screening. You will collaborate with TA team members and CSPs, participate in relevant training sessions, and contribute to select team projects. Your work offers practical experience across elements of the full-recruiting life cycle, with opportunities to build professional relationships and enhance organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Basic business knowledge

Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision

High level of maturity and professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent customer service skills with a strong orientation towards collaboration in a team environment

Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed

6-month availability with no more than 35 hours per week

To help you understand what you can expect, the salary range for new joiners in this role in United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, is $52,780 - $52,780 USD gross per year. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest

[salary/hourly wages] for this role at the time of this posting, ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though it's important

to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current

organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion

and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that reflects our commitment to the wellness of our colleagues and their families.
