Job Description
Director Talent Acquisition (onsite near Park Ridge, New Jersey) This role is focused on full-cycle recruiting, with an opportunity to play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines and driving hiring success across a growing real estate company. Looking for an experienced recruiter who possesses direct line management experience managing and motivating teams; a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for growth within a dynamic and expanding organization. Key Responsibilities Recruiting Manage full-cycle recruiters Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely follow-up Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a professional and positive candidate experience Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and improve recruiting outcomes Track and manage candidate pipelines within the ATS HR & Administrative Support Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-hire processes Support training scheduling and coordination with internal teams Maintain accurate tracking of recruiting activity, onboarding progress, and HR data Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and general administrative support Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) Proven ability to manage trans of direct reports Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills Excellent communication and follow-up skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment Experience with
ATS/HRIS
